Oshri Abtan

Oshri has over 25 years of experience in the capital and insurance market. Prior to the founding of Quartet, Oshri served as a partner in The Service Wealth Management. Prior to joining The Service Group, Oshri served as a former Chief Investment Officer at Tamir Fishman Provident Funds and a bond manager at Dash Apex Provident Funds. Oshri is an expert in the field of bonds and has extensive experience in securities trading and investment management. Oshri holds a bachelor’s degree in economics (B.A.) and a master’s degree in law (M.A.) as well as a pension insurance agent license and an investment marketer license (voluntarily suspended).
