Lior Ofek

Lior has been in the financial field for over 25 years and brings diverse and rich knowledge and expertise. Lior specializes in accompanying Israeli clients who have both Israeli and American citizenship, and navigating the complex aspects derived from this double citizenship situation (mostly unknown to the clients themselves). Prior to the founding of Quartet, Lior served as a partner in The Service Wealth Management. Prior to joining The Service Group, Lior served as the professional manager of the long-term savings sector and the new pension funds sector at the Psagot Investment House Group. Lior previously managed a business unit at Mivtach Simon, one of the largest insurance agencies in the country. Lior holds a bachelor’s degree in insurance and a MBA degree in business administration with a specialization in information systems and a certified financial planner (CFP), as well as a license as a pension insurance agent and investment marketer  (voluntarily suspended).
